I ordered a VERY expensive solar generator with intentions to be prepared in the event of the power grid going down. Well, the solar generator is useless without the solar panels if the power goes out.

I have been calling 4 Patriots multiple times a day every day since 02/19/2024. It is currently 02/27/2024, and I have yet to get a callback after spending literally HOURS on hold for the past 8 days. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response as well. Also, I have tried the 24/7 Live Chat a few times and they were ABSOLUTELY no help either.

Im beyond pissed, because its been a $1,000+ mistake on their part. If the grid goes down without me receiving the solar panels and my family suffers anything that the generator could have helped prevent them from having to endure I will be filing a lawsuit.

On 11/15/23, i placed an order for a 72 hrs food kit which included 2 free ones. Their webpage then directed me to tab on the yellow button at the bottom of the page to redeem the free kits.

I did and it then placed another order for almost $300, which I didn't want. I immediately tried to call customer service to rectify the issue. The first time I called I was on hold for 2 hrs and then was hung up on. I called back and was on hold for anothe 2 hrs, and got hung up on again.

I tried sending an email with no response. The second day I called back and was on hold again. The automated hold asked me if I wanted a call back and verified my phone number and said I would get a call back. Now day three, and nothing.

I have attempted their email again, nothing. I have tried their Facebook, and nothing. Now I am being charged almost $300 for something I didn't want, and it is coming out of my checking account, causing me not to pay other bills. This company just takes your money and has zero concerns about its customers.

I am a vet and an appalled at how this company treats their customers. Very disappointing!

I am a proud American who served my country for 22 years. When I saw that this company claimed to patriotic and American made I said OK and purchase food and a generator.

I keep every inside so nothing freezes or melts. About 16 months after purchasing the generator I needed to use it. Unfortunately the only thing that worked and charged was the iPhone plugs. The main 110V would fail as soon as I plugged something in.

I called and was given a procedure to reset the generator. I completed the reset and the unit still failed. I called again and was told I am out of luck. I needed to try it and see it fail in the first year.

Unfortunately I waited past a year. I was told that they wanted users to turn it on and check it every six months.after being told I was out of luck.

They did not even offer to cut me a deal on one that worked so I have a $3000 paperweight that will only charge my iPhone. Please dont waste money as I did.

I ordered a 3 month supply of food for my daughter and grandson. Order number 157160*_***62023_***_* .

Ordered on10/16/23 received on 10-20/23. Food shipped in brown flimsy paper box and was opened on two sides. Inside box was 4 72 hour food bags, a cocoa and coffee bag and a bag of seeds. I ordered a 3 month kit which should have been delivered in a sealed plastic container and had included 688 servings.

Very angry!!! Disappointed was going to order a year supply and survival items. I called immediately after items delivered and left my number for call back and it has now been 4 hours and still no customer service call received. I would like you to send a shipping return label to my mothers email as I work 3-11pm followed by 11pm- 7am shifts .

Just got my delivery on Sat.3/2/24 the order is way to big! The boxes do NOT fit under any of my beds, they are very heavy and there are 13 of them.

We do not have any room to store them, so I need to return THE 1 YEAR SUPPLY, I WIILL KEEP THE INIITIAL ORDER OF 3 MONTHS.

After my Initial ordered of a 3 month supply I had to watch a very compelling 11 minute video before the order was complete, so then I ordered a year's worth which was a big mistake for all the reasons stated above. Your packing slip says I can return product up to 365 days and its only been 3 days.

I call this morning and never got a call back!

Within 10 minutes of ordering, I realized shipping address was incorrect. After holding on phone for over an hour I opted to get a call as my place in line was saved.

I sent an email to the help desk telling them to cancel the order. I have copies of all emails and time stamps only to get a notification the next day that the order had shipped. I contacted American Express to dispute the charge. I received a refund of $211.00 and change but stated the other part of the order arrived to the errant shipping address days later.

The people living at that address contacted me and said they had the package. I took the second part of the order to UPS and sent item back to the company. To date, I have yet to receive a refund.

No one answers their phone, and they tell you they have online chat on a link highlighted in red. No link for a chat even exists.
